Do as I say, Not as I do....
"do as I say not as I do"..... I'm sure you've heard that from your mom or dad at one time or another during your childhood. You can say it all you want but most kids learn by watching the adults in their lives.

Lead by example, something a lot of parents don't do. Mom and dad are drug addicts and frequently do their drug of choice in front of their children. So when Johnny gets busted with a crack pipe, "but we've told our kids that drugs are bad for them and not to do them". I don't get it and never will.....

I've done my best to live by that as I raised my two boys and looking at them I think I've done a pretty good job. A trait in Aunt Annie I always admired and I did my best to emulate, I hope I've made her proud......
